  • MCN Consulting: Strategic consulting services for content creators and multi-channel networks

To access certain features of our Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

5. Payment Terms

Billing:

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content, features, and functionality of our Service are owned by Avababy Interactive LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Licensed Content: Digital products (virtual avatars, SDKs) are licensed, not sold. The specific license terms are provided with each product purchase.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our tools, subject to our license to provide the Service.

8. Service Level Agreement

For SaaS products, we strive to provide:

  • Timely response to support inquiries during business hours
  • Regular security updates and maintenance

Specific SLA terms may be negotiated for Enterprise customers under separate agreements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVABABY INTERACTIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avababy Interactive LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)
  • Licenses granted to you will terminate

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
