At StarPoint Nexus (operated by Avababy Interactive LLC), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our different product categories.

1. Digital Products (AIGC Virtual Identity)

Non-Refundable Upon Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, all AIGC virtual identity purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Pre-Delivery Cancellation

  • Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun
  • A 10% administrative fee may apply

Quality Guarantee

  • If the delivered product significantly differs from the agreed specifications, we will revise at no additional cost
  • Quality disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

2. SaaS Subscriptions (Streaming Acceleration & Interactive SDK)

Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the start date
  • After 14 days: No refunds, but may cancel to prevent renewal
  • Early cancellation does not entitle partial refunds

Service Interruption

  • If we fail to meet our SLA (99.9% uptime), eligible customers may request service credits
  • Service credits are applied to future billing, not refunded in cash

3. Consulting Services (MCN Consulting & Incubation)

Consulting Refund Terms

Before Service Begins

  • Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before the scheduled start
  • 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start

After Service Begins

  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for services not yet rendered
  • Work already completed is non-refundable
  • Minimum charge of 20% applies once work has begun

Incubation Programs

  • 7-day evaluation period with full refund option
  • After 7 days: Subject to the pro-rata refund terms above

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order number and account email
  3. Provide a brief explanation of your refund request
  4. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency
  • Bank Processing: Additional time may be required by your bank

6. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of access to purchased products and services
  • Collection actions for valid charges

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent purchase activity
  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window
  • Products or services that have been fully delivered and used
